Dr. Allen has been certified by the Texas State Board of Dental
Examiners, before 2002,to administer Enteral Conscious Sedation. In layman's terms
this means Dr. Allen can now give his patients “Twilight Sleep” medications so that you can relax during your dental appointment. This is the same type of pre-medication that is given before surgery. You are alert enough to respond to questions but are anxiety free. You simply swallow a pill and float through your appointment while we monitor your vital signs with the latest instrumentation--this allows us to do most of your dentistry in one appointment.
